Privacy policy

The short version

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide so William can respond to your deal. The site also processes limited technical, hosting, and anonymous analytics data when you visit. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use your inquiry to market unrelated services to you.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, you provide some or all of the following:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Details of the deal: property city and state, transaction type, purchase price or value, existing payoff, rehab or construction budget, after-repair value, rent, units, and exit strategy.
• Qualifying information: investing experience, cash available to close, your timeline, and an optional self-reported credit range.
• Anything you choose to write in the free-text notes field.
• Basic source information about the visit: the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Technical data and analytics

Vercel Analytics may process an event timestamp, the page or route viewed, a filtered referrer or campaign parameter, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser version. Vercel describes this data as anonymous and does not use it to identify or track you across different websites. Vercel Speed Insights processes performance measurements from the visit, such as loading and responsiveness metrics.

The hosting platform may also create short-lived server logs containing request details, errors, and security information. If an inquiry cannot be emailed, the application may temporarily log the submitted inquiry so it can be recovered. Do not put Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive identifiers in the form.

What we do not collect

The form does not ask for and will not accept a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank account or card details, or an actual credit score. The optional credit question is a broad self-reported range, and submitting the form does not run a credit check of any kind.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

One reason: so William can evaluate your deal and get back to you. The qualifying questions exist to prioritise responses and to point you at the right program, not to approve or decline anything. Nothing on this website makes a credit decision.

Who receives it

Your submission is emailed to William Guyett at Simple Money Lenders.

A copy is also sent to Nalo Seed, the agency that built and maintains this website, at paul@naloseed.com. That copy exists so that no inquiry is ever lost to a spam filter or a delivery failure. Nalo Seed does not use your information for any other purpose, does not market to you, and does not share it further.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, our email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Website hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel.

If a specific loan program is a fit for your deal, William will discuss with you what information needs to be shared with a lending partner before anything is sent on. Nothing is forwarded to a lender from this form automatically.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead-generation networks.

How long it is kept

This website has no database and no customer records. Your submission is not stored on the site - it exists as an email in William's inbox, and it stays there for as long as he keeps it, in line with his own record-keeping.

If an email fails to send, the submission is written to the hosting platform's server logs so that your inquiry can be recovered and answered rather than silently lost. Those logs are retained by the hosting platform on a short rolling window and are not used for any other purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This site currently sets no advertising cookies and does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics identifies visitors with a short-lived, privacy-focused hash rather than a persistent cookie, and Vercel Speed Insights measures performance rather than building an advertising profile.

If advertising or campaign tracking is added in the future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated on the server, and the form is rate-limited to blunt automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers such as account numbers through the notes field.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because there is no database, honouring a deletion request generally means deleting the emails containing your inquiry, which we will do.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Ask and we will honour them.
